Challenge:

It is very important to OTP Bank to demonstrate reliability and stability, hence their advertisements are based on conceptual frameworks extending over several years so that viewers can identify the advertiser and the product easily, and focus solely on the product. Our task was to create a new conceptual framework that stands out from the crowd of conventional bank commercials.

Solution:

Instead of fictional characters and celebs, we centered the communication of OTP Bank around people known by everyone: the actual bank clerks. There is no one else who could talk more honestly and trustworthily about the bank, its products and services — as well as about the place where they live — than they themselves.
