Challenge:

Our clients want us to deliver creative solutions in the shortest amount of time possible. How can we make them understand that this is usually a contra-productive expectation and that quality work needs time?

Solution:

We prepared and sent a video to them, in which we documented an actual experiment about how creativity works and we showed them the difference between quick and deliberate work.
